Nest house

The interior design of this multifamily dwelling was aimed at achieving a home that can adapt to the different types of users and families. With a total surface area of 240m², it is comprised of: a master bedroom with ensuite, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a guest bathroom, a semi-open kitchen, an open living-dining room, and a terrace on the ground floor which leads to a shared garden.

To achieve our main objective, we created roomy spaces capable of accommodating large get-togethers without losing the feel of a welcoming home.

On a white backdrop of lime plaster walls, the natural oak whitewashed parquet stands out. Likewise, the white lacquered metalwork details, matt steel finishes, and splashes of red create focal points within the neutrality that reigns in the spaces.

The use of noble materials alternates with sophisticated decorative elements, high-end furniture, and careful lighting.

One of the qualities that emerges from this project is the blend of textures that was established between natural and rough elements, in contrast with the shiny and metallised lacquered finishes.
